Hall Events & Booking

We are very happy to hire the hall facilities to people and organisations within or beyond the village.

Hall Charges:

• Westhorpe & Finningham Residents £8.00 per hr.
• Non-resident Hire £9.00 per hr.
• Corporate Hire (1/2 day) £50.00
• Corporate Hire (Full Day) £100.00

Payment Terms

• A deposit of 50% of the total amount due is required within one month of the scheduled event date
• Remaining 50% of full amount must be paid 7 days prior to the scheduled event date.

There are no restrictions on the type of groups who may use the hall but all bookings are at the discretion of the Westhorpe Village Hall Committee and subject to our Terms and Conditions for Hire & Use Please also note our Licencing Restrictions.
