Being one of the top online meeting tools, Zoom allows you to join meeting in 4 different ways.
Here is a step-by-step guide on all the methods below.
1: From the Zoom website
Step 1: Go to the Zoom website.
Step 2: On the top bar, click "Join a Meeting".
Step 3: Write the Meeting ID or Personal Link Name and press the Join button and you are done with it.
2: Through the Zoom App
Step 1: Find the download page of zoom. Here, you'll find different tools and extensions to download. Click "Download" button right under the "Zoom Client for Meetings" option.
Step 2: Once it is downloaded to your PC, click the downloaded file and install it. After the installation, the Zoom application will be launched by itself, click "Join a Meeting" and join your meeting.
3: Through an email invitation link
Step 1: It is simple. You'll receive an invitation from the meeting host in your email.
Step 2: Open the email and click on the meeting link.
Step 3: You'll automatically be taken to the meeting. Supported devices are PC, Mac, Android, and iOS.
4: Via telephone
Step 1: You'll receive an invitation email from the meeting host.
Step 2: Open the email and check out the Dial-in number.
Step 3: Dial this number on your phone and when prompted, enter the Meeting ID to join the meeting.
