Westhorpe went out of its way on Saturday to celebrate Halloween.
Sincere thanks to all residents who took part, whether posting ghoul images, decorating their gardens or participating in the 'Spot the Goul' Competition. Despite the rain, at least a dozen young goblins and ghoul hunters scoured the village and delivered their completed ghoul check sheets to Westhorpe's Zombie and Clown in the village hall. Each received a Halloween Goody Bag, Balloon and Clown Nose for their efforts.
The Mees family clan won the 'Halloween Garden Competition' and received a bottle of Prosecco and tin of Quality Street for their outstanding display, whilst runners up received an additional goody bag and balloon.

I personally liked the Bin Bag Spider and quite like the idea of filling the village with Arachnids next Halloween 2021!!
Well Done Westhorpe!!
